Refinement and Validation of the Balanced Inventory of Mindfulness-Related Skills (BIMS)

The goal of the current study was to refine and validate a revision Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), with retaining its useful features mitigating those that have been identified be problematic.
